6. Refunds

- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
7. Uptime & Service Guarantee
- SbClouds aims to provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee on hosting services.
- Scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) are not covered under this guarantee.
8. Data & Backups
- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own website backups.
- SbClouds provides backup solutions, but we are not liable for data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
- SbClouds shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
10. Termination of Services
- You may cancel your account at any time through your client portal.
- SbClouds may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, policy violations, or abuse.
11. Third-Party Services
- Some services rely on third-party providers (e.g., domain registries, SSL issuers).
- SbClouds is not responsible for downtime, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers.
12. Changes to Terms
SbClouds reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Bangladesh, Canada, and the United States of America (USA), depending on the client’s location and service agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the respective jurisdiction.
